Sounds fine to me. Drums are a bit lacking in power and depth, but it's very solid on the whole.
Vocals sound awful though. It's partly because the vocals sit above the mix and are too loud, but mostly I think your vocalist is crap. |

In that case, it's actually pretty decent. Put a ton of drive on your vocal part (make it really crunchy) a fair bit of compression and a short delay (around 130ms) and it'll sound much more ballsy. |

Everything is waaaaay too dry. Give the drums more room sound, and the lead guitars should have some reverb.. delay... chorus.. SOMETHING!
Vocals need alot more compression, too much volume inconsistencies. And again, delay, distortion or something else to snazz it up a bit. Also turn the bass up in the mix IMO. Other than that your on your way to a great mix. Not bad at all. At least everything is clear and defined. Rhythm guitars are very nice . |

To be honest, I hate the Crit My Mix thread - it's hard to follow and lacking in interaction.
I really wish they'd just allow advice/critique threads so we could give more detailed advice and feedback. I'd love to see all the different ways people here would deal with mixes. |
