New PUs for my old Roadstar?

So I've had my late 80's Roadstar for a while now and it's definitely and awesome guitar, yet the pickups are lacking big time. Especially compared to my Strat with a Dimarzio AT-1 (my favourite Strat 'bucker so far) in the bridge it lacks body, warmth and low-end. In addition to that it's kind of feedback-happy for whatever reason.

Now, if I'd like to play it safe I'd just get another AT-1 for my Roadstar, but I want something a tad tighter and more focused for the Roadstar.
Also the singlecoils need a replacement as they are just amazingly flat and dull sounding.

Bridge: medium to high output, big but tight bottom end, nice driving midrange, not too pokey top end, but it shouldn't sound choked. Clarity, tightness but also warmth and fatness are what I'm after.
Middle+Neck: high enough output and mids to keep up rather well with the humbucker, should retain some "strattiness", I'm fine with noiseless/stacked pickups, should clean up well

Overall: should work well for 80's to modern rock/metal (Van Halen, Metallica, Judas Priest, Volbeat, Black Stone Cherry, A7X) with some more blues rock influenced playing, actual clean tones aren't the priority here, heavy crunch and chugging through my Marshall is where it's at.

Price-range: I'd like to stay in the Seymour Duncan/Dimarzio ballpark price-wise.

Thanks in advance!

Bridge: Super Distortion, tighter low end, lower midrange emphasis, not spikey in the treble range. Clearer when wired in parallel.

Middle+Neck: Various stuff, Dimarzio [Area 61, Fast/Pro Track, VV 54 pro/Heavy Blues II, Injectors], Duncan [Hot Rails, YJM Fury]

I'm throwing out the Duncan Custom Custom for the bridge.

Will it be tight enough?

I still have the TB-5 sitting around after removing it from my Strat. It's been kind of scooped and clanky sounding in my Strat, the bottom end tightness was nice though. I know the Custom Custom sounds different though (more mids, looser bottom end, smoother treble response).
All I'd need would be an Alnico II magnet then, but I fear the result could turn out not as tight sounding as I'd like...

I didn't know it had a looser bottom end. I had a TB11 in my Strat for a long time and loved it. Then I moved it to my Schecter because I like that guitar better and wanted the same pup. I put an Invader in the Strat but really just want to put another TB11 back in. I think there is a pretty good youtube vid comparing most of the Duncan stuff that would be worth checking out. Can't speak to the DiMarzio stuff.

Sounds interesting enough.
I'll look if I can get an A2 magnet somewhere and might just try the Custom(ized) Custom.

Right. I figured that would prove my point even more. The Spawn is already dry and tight.

I guess I could give you one with my 1 watt Blackheart.

Well, if it doesn't work out the way I want I'll probably get a Super Distortion.
