Sounds really interesting. Care to share more? Are the instruments advanced or is the electronics advanced? Like what? MOSFET? Switchers? LEDs? Help me out here

Both.

It's space flight instrumentation, usually, and it's "advanced" electronics design for those instruments. Any technology suitable for the specific job is used.

Oh.

I see.

I was thinking musical instrumentation not space flight instrumentation

I didn't think about the context of that word on this site.

Hell yea! Just got word that we were able to secure a bar for our EP release. Should be good. Its not a huge place (which I think is a good thing. 120 and its totall packed), and we will need to rent a small PA setup, but they're letting us have a $2.50 beer/house highball special all night. That might not seem overly great to you Americans, but when beers are normally 5-$7 here, its a steel. We should at lest be able to get a decent crowd for the cheap booze alone We've got 2 more bands on the bill, with us closing out.

The owner is super chill, and isn't charging us at all. He said if it works out, he wants us back regularly! Hopefully we can make this happen. It'll be the first time we're fully in charge of the gig.

Edit: And I was just told the 2nd band is also releasing their EP, so it looks like it'll be a double EP release bash.
