upbeat acoustic tune "all i fear" C4C
here is my latest song "all i fear". it has a bit of a east coast maritime feel. my family is from newfoundland so i tried to add some of the east coast feel and put it into basically a pop song i guess. will C4C but i am busy so i will try my hardest to do so

Blind,
There is no try, only do or do not. Guitar playing & melodies are good. Singing is pretty good overall, vocal melodies are good. Around 3:50 seems to need some vocals or fade it out earlier. Drums are fine. Song is nice. Please review my music at this link: http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/foru...09#post30732509 |

Dear Blind
Enjoyed listening to your track, as I have enjoyed listening to your other work having subscribed to your fine channel. "All I fear" is great, but, as Aaron suggests, something has to happen at the end of the vocals. I don't think more vocals is the answer. A fade out would be possible. How about, suddenly cutting the drums and switching to some fancy strum patterns or finger picking? Or may be putting a clean melodic solo over the top? Having heard your other material, you've got all the skills to do something that adds to the song at the end and brings it to a fitting close. thanks and i do agree. what i really wanted to do was speed it up at the end and do some other things over top but my recorder is pretty much dead and i wanted to finish the vocals and just get that done before it craps out. i will probably cut a better version once i get my new laptop. i couldn't really speed it up though as i was playing to a drum track. but i've been working on getting a band together so look forward to more full band/rock stuff and more electric stuff as well.
