So I was browsing some old posts looking for a quote about the Seahawks, and found this:

Matt, one day I shall venture to Philly for an Eagles game, I should do it when the Seahawks come and we'll both go. Phils can come too!

Alright. Here is my official Super Bowl prediction. Is it slightly biased? Perhaps. Is it in the least bit possible? Definitely.

Alright. The Seahawks will win by 6. The first half of the game will be slightly tilted toward New England. Seattle will be successful in stopping the run for the most part, but Blount (or whoever they decide to start) will find the end zone on a short yardage situation. The LOB will keep the Pats receiving corps in check for the most part, but Brady will find ways to convert key third downs.
On Seattle's offensive side of the ball, Lynch will be held mostly in check for the first half. He'll have a few runs of note, but nothing major. In fact, I think Russell will have more first half rushing yards than Lynch. Overall, I think the first half will end with a score of somewhere around 14-10 with New England having the edge.
The 2nd half, Lynch will start to go Beast Mode. This will open up the field for Russell, who I think will probably try to avoid throwing toward Revis Island, though he won't be afraid to if he has to. Seattle will go into the fourth quarter with a 1 point lead, and New England won't see a lead after that. Final score? 27-21

Bold Prediction: Lynch will be the first person in Super Bowl history to record a touchdown through receiving, rushing, and passing*.

MVP: Marshawn Lynch, duh.

*not sure if this has never actually happened before.
