sunshine nightmares (post-hardcore) [GP6] C4C

post-hardcoreish with usual breakcore influenced drums. wrote this fairly recently after not being able to write anything for awhile. i'm proud of it, but still needs some cleaning up in a few parts. my original idea for this started on an acoustic guitar, but i started translating it to electric and it worked fairly well i think.

c4c, return crits will be given within 3 days. thanks in advance.

i haven't really listened to Squarepusher too much lately, but now that i think about it some of the hi-hats kind of have that quick, sharp tone some of his songs have. and how the drums are fast but aren't all ripping off the amen break haha.

and that glitch outro took me forever lol. then my song got corrupted just as i was finishing up everything and i didn't have the auto-save on, so pretty much i had to rewrite some of the drum parts (mostly dynamics), and completely rewrite the bass parts and glitch layering. i was lucky that i had saved a copy of the file by accident somehow.

i'm glad you found the progressions interesting. i had my therapist listen to this on our last session before he left for another internship for his Ph. D. that was one of the main things that impressed him haha...

thanks for your comment, feels like every song i post in here you pop in and give me some good words, really appreciate it
