Vibrato help

Hi everyone. I have a problem with vibrato I only seem tO get vibrato is I sing very softly or quietly if I sing normally I don't seem to be able to get any vibrato going so I wanna know how I can learn and develope vibrato in my singing for example if you watch one on Connie Talbots singing videos on youtube you can hear how she has very strong and perfect vibrato I know I can't get it exactly as good as her because she naturally had it and has used vibrato since she was about 2 but how can I learn to get vibrato and develope it do it's constant and strong similar to connies

In my experience, vibrato comes from a free voice which comes from solid technique. At least in my case, it happens naturally when I let it.

I also have trouble with vibrato. It's tough.
