Enjoy!

I decided the D-Activators in my AW-7 are shit. Should rip them out and put an EMG or something in the bridge. Then get the 9/18 volt pedal to power it without having to remove the pickguard to install fresh batteries.

I've recently acquired an AMT SS-11B which is a 3 (2.5) channel preamp with 2 12AX7s run at high voltage in a pedal format. It was only 200 so it can obviously be done. I'm actually amazed at how much they fit into a box not much large than a boss pedal. Definitely recommend it too, as it sounds fantastic.

Try BKP C-Hawks or C-Bomb/VHII.

I swear, I haven't found anything better than the second combo in mahogany.

That would require a soldering iron and to learn how to solder. I don't want to.

Soldering is easy.

Also, my 7620 is alive and well.

Maybe someday I'll buy a new passive pickup, pot and jack and you can guide me. :P

I really want to turn it into a 1 pickup 1 vol guitar anyways.

Or I'll cheap out on an EMG kit.

DERP: I have a Lace Deathbucker I bought years ago and never put in it.

^soldering is indeed pretty easy. its so much better being able to diagnose and fix goofy wiring issues in your guitar for free rather than dropping it off with someone and paying them too much money to fiddle around with a few wires. I just love the feeling of completely rewiring one of my axes and plugging it in and having everything work and just being like "hell yeah, I did that"

ippon that 7620 looks gorgeous! what pickups do you have in that?

Someone likes Splawn.... It annoys me though that the white head and cab and purple head and cab aren't together. But something tells me space is an issue.

Yea, space is an issue; and, I like Mesa Boogies, too.

Put some money down on a new Ibanez 8 string yesterday, will still need to order the Ionizer bridge P/U. I'm excited, this will be my first 'br00tz' guitar.

Says he likes Mesa, doesn't show proof of a Recto cab.... :P But really, that's a sweet collection. Makes me wish I didn't like making my car fast.
