Give me a Sign is not in the top 40...Its not even a single. Top 40 is for pop artists mostly.. You dont have to be in the top 40 to be a highly successful band..

I think the lawsuit is still in the works. although Im really hoping for another album soon.
Wondering who will take the places of aaron and mark.
Non the less im sure it will be a amazing album when it does come to life.

I'm actually a pretty big fan of these guys. They are pretty much the only band I still listen to from when I was younger (I was only 11 when We Are Not Alone came out). I wasn't feeling Dear Agony too much, but Phobia was fantastic.
