Replacement Footswitch

Hey guys. I made a thread a couple of months ago about my Bugera 333xl Footswitch dying. I have got in touch with Bugera and they are unwilling to give schematics so i can fix it myself as they "don't want to encourage unauthorized modifications to the footswitch", (which I think is a load of baloney, they just want me to spend more money)... I got a quote directly from them and it costs 41 approx. I know that might not be a lot for a 4 button footswitch but they are so poorly built and the wire is like it's made from really hard plastic, which seems to be why it broke and kinked so easy.

So my question is this; Do anywhere else sell the footswitch separately, either online or in store? Ideally in the UK so I don't have to pay excessive P+P costs.

note: I have looked for an alternative momentary four button footswitch but none of them have the mini-din connector the awkward guys at Bugera seem to have shoved on it.

Cheers guys

Can you get an adapter for the cable? Might be worth a look.

Also try googling the schematic. Might be out there.
