Difference Between EMG-KH21 and EMG KH20?
Hey all,
I am simply curious of the difference between the EMG-KH21 and EMG KH20?. Here is the EMG-KH20: [forbidden link] And the EMG-KH21: [forbidden link] I actually already have the EMG-KH20, it sounds very good. But I don't know the difference in between these two models, it's too technical for me to understand. THanks in advance for any tips!. |

The links are forbidden, but as far as I can remember one has HH configuration and the other has HSS configuration.

The links were removed, but you can look them up on Google of course. Thanks for the tip but, what is an HH and HSS configuration?.

Well, HH means Humbucker-Humbucker, which means you have two double-coil humbucking pickups in the pickguard. And HSS means that you have a double-coil pickup in the bridge position and two single-coil pickups in the middle and in the neck positions. Humbuckers and single-coils sound different.
