Can this pass off as a real amp?

So here is a little riff I recorded.....

http://www38.zippyshare.com/v/83777...77014/file.html

Tell me if it sounds like a Guitar Rig 5 or like a real amp to you!

I want to know what people think so I can start to choose my tone for my band. I personally think this is a pretty good tone considering all in all I have essentially no musical knowledge.

I'm not asking for a critique so much as I'm asking if you can tell its computer modeled or if it sounds organic to you. Also, I need to purchase an amp so I want to replicate this sound...What amps could match this tone fairly well that I could get for under $1,000? I absolutely cannot spend more than that so I've been looking at a B52 AT100 maybe or a Bugera 333? What do you guys think?

Anyways here is how this was made

Agile AL3100<Line 6 Pod GX< Guitar Rig 5 (Plexi and Dual Rec)< Audacity

Mods.....don't move this to recording. I'm almost more concerned with replicating this sound live and the pit will give me a lot more feedback on my obscure choices. Thanks.

Surprisingly good for Guitar Rig, but I can still hear the digital hiss in it.

99% of people couldn't tell, nor know the difference between the real thing and a model, so it doesn't really matter

When do you need the amp for? If you can wait a while without an amp, consider looking used for stuff that would go for more that $1000 new. But I can't help you pick an amp

You messed up your link there, buddy.

For under $1000, the 5150/6505's a real amp that'll get you there easily, as opposed to exclusively budget amps like B52 or Bugera that you'll outgrow. FWIW, that tone sounds pretty good.

EDIT: That's used, not new, by the way. They show up pretty much everywhere though, shouldn't be hard to find.
