has anyone ordered through this website before? If yes, what is a average time it takes for a delivery to arrive? just wondering because i have ordered something from there and they said they would send me another email to confirm the item has been sent but that was a week ago and i still have not had anything from them. i sent them an email and received no reply.

i've ordered from them before

they've been pretty good to deal with (they've paid for return delivery for a faulty amp i got), but, like you, they didn't answer my emails. I had to phone them.

have you got an email saying your stuff has been posted? maybe something you ordered is out of stock. how long it'll take to come will depend on where you are in the world, i guess. (don't list your address, lol, just the country will do- i think it took about a week to get to me in northern ireland IIRC).

Yes I have ordered from them before and have never had this problem until my last purchase. I had to send an email to them about this issue and they answered back.

I've ordered tons of stuff from there and never had any issues. My packages arrived 2 days after ordering tops. Also, what Dave said. It could be that it's out of stock.

have you signed in to your account? it should tell you if your stuff has shipped, and should let you track it, etc. etc. Might as well try that before going to the bother (and expense) of ringing them.
