Madness is ok imo. There are worse songs (Neutron Star Collision, Survival...) but there are a lot of better ones too.

I like Madness.

I was pretty much known amongst my friends for loving Muse. When Survival came out I was deeply embarrassed, so I guess I'd have to go for that.

lol, all this Muse talk.

This is the truth of The 2nd Law. The good parts include: 'Prelude'/'Survival' minus the terrible lyrics, 'Explorers' despite being a bit too 'middle of the road-ish', 'Animals', and 'Isolated System' (also not too interesting). 'Supremacy' and 'Madness' are alright but certainly have weak sections (the last part of the song that sounds like U2) and in order to like the good parts of those songs you have to accept how cheesy they are. The rest of the album is meh.
