I think I have more issue with the chorus's of the second album than I do the first. This Is The Six has more of that '90's hardcore "stand the **** up" style of chorus's, with delicious lead lines(mmmm).

But yeah, unified, shouted chorus's are intrinsic in a lot, if not the vast majority, of hardcore music. As far as this metalcore discussion goes, yeah, it's metalcore.

The early EP is kinda of a weird beast, it sits between classic hardcore and the early 2000's metalcore and it just kind doesn't know what it wants to be.

They've improved massively since those days.
