Dunlop Ultimate Lemon Oil
Hi I was about to buy some dunlop ultimate lemon oil when I realised it says not for use on maple fretboards, my guitar has a rosewood fretboard however it has a maple neck and I was wondering whether using it would damage my guitar at all?

You do understand the purpose of the lemon oil. Yes? If you have a rosewood fretboard, then by all means, buy some and use it - but only on the fretboard. The fretboard is the only place you want to use it, regardless of the type of neck on your guitar. Just follow the directions on the bottle and all will be well.
