"Give & Take" (Rock)[Soundcloud]

Please let me know what you think! Any helpful suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated. READ THE INFO! And yes, I know the vocal work is terrible. Hopefully, some of the mediocre guitar work will make up for it. lol

Thanks a lot guys!

The intro sounds Soundgarden-y. When the vocals come in it doesn't add too much to the song. The entire song just sounds too familiar, nothing about it really speaks original to me. Its alright if you were going for a Soundgarden like vibe I suppose. The drums sound fake too? Maybe work on those a bit, they could use a bit more variation also. Work on making the guitar parts a bit more exciting or catchy in this case? This sounds like a more pop-rock like song but nothing really captured me.
