a hard one ...

1. improve my playing
2. try more basses to find the perfect one
3. try bass with active PUs
4. find a band with similar taste in music
5. learn to read sheet music instead just tabs
6. make my own custom handmade bass
7. try a 5-string
8. jam more

Some of mine are the same as others

1: Play more bass
2: Save up and get a better amp
3: Save up and get a short scale bass for my stubby fingers
4: Get good enough to either start a band or get into one

I think that about covers it.

Play a cannibal corpse song before the year is out.
Right hand tapping chords ( > )
learn the theoretical side of jazz bass (modes ECT)
You know what would be really sweet? Having a beautiful bird inlaid around the first fret, taking a majestic dump with airborne droppings around the 5th, 7th, 9th frets and so on, with a graceful impact around the 22nd-24th.
