middle finger pain/small bone appeared

hi, i dont know if its the right place to post it.

Guys i improvize 1h every day and 3-4 hours at weekend. i can pick fast(more than 12 nps if you dont believe it i just dont care), i mostly use the legato tech, i play a classical g with high strings(12fret 10mm). Anyways, i was listening to Yngwie Malsteen Far beyond the sun, and i was pretending playing it(air guitar), for each note i moved my each finger, suddenly i felt pain in my middle finger, the starting point of the finger...
Than i touched the bottom of the finger over my knuckle, i felt a little bone there, very small. And i felt bad each time i moved the finger.
here s the bad q pic, just see the bottom, right of the midd fing.

A friend who ,i dont see these days, told me last year that the little particles on the hand are tumuors. And this one just can be a one. im quiter afraid,. it swelled a little now its okay but i can still feel the bone there where i cant feel it on the right hand mid fing. A one in the knucle of the right hand mid fin, the little bone is much closer to the mid finger main bone or wtever.

Plss answer if you know it. if yo dad/mom/ or and close friend,f member is a doctor or an expert, pls ask them. i will show it to the school doc asap.
Thanks

First off, 12 notes per second isn't exactly worthy of bragging rights, that's pretty normal, I can get well over 15.

Anyway, you need to get it checked out immediately. I don't know about a tumor, but it's definitely not normal, you need to get it diagnosed as early as possible to prevent further or more permanent damage, but I'm not a doctor so I couldn't tell you what it is.

How high?

10mm at the 12th is not normal either - even for a classical. Just saying.

Yeah show it a Doc. But don't worry, its almost certainly nothing to do with any tumours. (only 2 or 3 per million people get bone cancer and it usually starts in knees not fingers)

Seen it plenty times before. My bassist friend had this problem. Use cold compress(Frozen peas wrapped in towel) to reduce the swelling(It IS swelling, not a mystery bone from nowhere). Then go see the doctor. He'll probably just give you anti-inflammatory.

swellin is gone. Btw i know 12nps is not worth bragging, im not bragin, earlier on a different topic, i said the actual speed and 2335 people claimed it is not possible. 6strings, 1 second, 4 notesx each string, in one second, with legato. This is my speed anyways thanks i ll see a doc asap.
