Is anyone else like this?
I go from listening to pop-punk to metal to hardcore then the blues. I was just wondering if anyone else listened to a wide variety of music genres like this.

Yes, there are plenty of people like that, myself included. The other day I went from Hugo to Taylor Swift to Periphery.
There are a lot of people that like only one genre and there are a lot of people that like a wide variety. Neither approach is "odd" or better than another, it's all just preference. |

It happened first with Metal, I got sick of it at 17, then started listening to punk and at 23 got sick of it, and now I listen to a bit of everything including both metal and punk. It's like I would always have a favorite genre that I would constantly listen to, but now i don't care, I just listen to artists not genres. Whatever sounds good. |
