Grand Magus

Their were 2 very dead threads with only a few posts in them, so I thought I would bring up this killer band again. Kinda under-rated, first rate metal that should have much more appeal IMO. These guys are mad heavy, metal in it's most pure and glorious form. I'm sure there are a few fans?

Pure Heavy Metal. Fecking love 'em. And they're even better live.
Brotherhood of Sleep is my favorite song of theirs, methinks.

That's a dumb question, you know everyone in here would buy it too. I know I would!

Saw them at Bloodstock, was very impressed. I've only got the one album though, that being Iron Will.

Killer band. Discovered them through Metal Maniacs. Just one more reason while MM is one of the best metal mags out there.

Iron Will, Wolf's Return and Monument are all top notch releases. I need to pick up their first album badly.

^ You really can't go wrong, although I would recommend Iron Will as your first purchase.

I'd suggest Wolf's Return as the first album

Yeah, I pretty much stopped listening to Wolf's Return when Kingslayer stopped, but that song alone kicks so much ass, it's a bit unfair towards other bands.

Kidding. Wolf's Return is very good, and this in general is a great band.
