Basically there's a very small window of time in which to wear a denim jacket during the year in the UK

Dunno, I think you can get away with it most of the year round.

In winter? No way, I get way too cold, usually go for 3 or 4 layers in winter/autumn time.

Cold summer evenings and like May/early October is the prime time for denim jackets for me.

Depends, obviously if its pissing with rain or freezing cold its no good. But I'd happily wear one anywhere above 10-12 degrees or something, obviously depending on the weather conditions.

Our summers are rarely that hot either. You Southerners are just soft.

I have really awful temperature control problems Being too cold is horrible and denim jackets don't help you with that, but if it's too warm and you wear a denim jacket I end up smelling like Jimmy Saville at a nursery.

I have a jacket like a Harrington jacket but **** all this mod nonsense anyway.

The sleeves should never bunch up cause it'll make you look like a midget but yeah experiment with rolling them up

Go this Schott bomber for 45 (originally 140). Probably the nicest jacket I've ever owned. I'm not what I would call a cool guy, but I feel like a badass wearing it, and it's really warm.

Gonna rock this look
