They make all kinds of basses across the spectrum in Indonesia now. They make low end Squiers and they also make Lakland Skylines and G&L Tributes (two high quality and well respected import lines) and Ibanez Premiums there as well.

The Squier was bought a few days ago, so that's out of the picture.
I tried the Ibanez RB760 first, some stuff didn't quite felt right. I tried the Hohner today. Felt much better. Though I didn't have the chance to try it through an amp, but acoustically it sounded good. Looked also quite good considering its 7+ years old. I think it's going to be the winner. |
