There's no reason to be a dick to someone over a misconception.
(this is directed at some previous posts).

4x12 cabs have specific uses, as do combos and 2x12s.

Bigger cabs do not make your amp louder.

the Dual Rectifier is a great option. buying used from Guitar Center also gives you a good warranty.

Don't worry, you'll lose the rockstar dream eventually. We all go through that phase.

3 years of playing is not that much. And you're still learning. I didn't even own a serious tube amp until about 8 or 9 years of playing.

The fact that you only want a stack to look cool proves you don't need a stack. You're only 16 years of age. Go combo.

I can say that I wasn't anything like TS when I was 16 (I'm 18 now). Your "mental age" might be different from your real age. Also if you are new to guitar, the sound doesn't matter that much, you want a guitar that looks cool like Gibson Explorer.
