Low E string going out of tune (Edge Zero II)

Awhile ago my low E string snapped and I had to get a new one. I just now got around to replacing it, and I for the life of me, could not find a tutorial on how to replace it. The manual I got with the guitar wasn't helpful at all, so I kind of just put the string in, placed in the string lock, and tightened the nut.

I'm certain I probably did something wrong, because now it'll get out of tune rather quickly. I'm new to these types of trems, so if anyone could shed some light on my situation, I'd appreciate it.

You probably haven't stretched the string properly.
