300 or less acoustic, folk style

Hi,

Apologies if I am breaking any rules making a post like this. I looked at the master sticky, and only saw the "old" thread for these budget acoustics, so I figured I'd make a short post here to ask.

I am looking for a cheapish at or below 300 acoustic to have at my sisters house for when I visit. (budget is very flexible, but I'd prefer not shelling out a ton)
I am thinking a smaller size body (like a Folk style guitar?) and with or without cutaway is fine, although I'd prefer a cutaway.
I don't care if it has a preamp or not, since I won't really use that much if at all.
Last thing in my preferences is that it has a neck that's on the thinner side. I get hand fatigue with the thicker necks.

Sound wise I don't mind if it's on the bassier or tinnier side, as long as it feels alright and sounds alright.
It'll just be a guitar to noodle on when I'm visiting, and potentially (hopefully) for my sister and/or her husband to get inspired to learn how to play on.

Two guitars that peaked my interest a little are the following two:

Takamine EG260C:
http://www.thomann.de/se/takamine_eg260c_nat.htm
Fender T-Bucket 300CE:
http://www.thomann.de/se/fender_tbu...00ce_fmt_bk.htm

I am very open to any suggestions, as long as they are available on Thomann pretty much.
I don't care about how the guitar looks at that price range either. I'd prefer the manufacturer to spend money on making the guitar good, rather than good looking.

Lastly, if it matters...I am an electric guitar player, but I do play my acoustic now and then (Simon&Patrick of a fair bit higher quality than what I'm looking for now).

Thanks for any help, it'll be much appreciated as I'm not really that familiar in the acoustic land.

Still on the lookout, and will gladly accept opinions. I'll probably try to get something the coming week or so.

Wound up picking up an Ibanez Artwood AC240.
Fantastic guitar for the price. I picked it up for 279 at a local store.
Bit chunky neck, but it felt good, so I just had to buy it.

Thanks for the advise..um...

Cheers!
I am well pleased with it. Sounds nice, and it feels like it should be pricier.
