Meet "Honey". My new Fg700s Yamaha

Hello all. I popped in the intro thread a few days ago. I am a total beginner. Matter of fact first lesson is Wed. eve this week. While starting out by buying a Epiphone sg400 1966 Repro because I'm a metal guy and love Sabbath. I have gathered every bit of torrentable lessons, books, etc.

I read the even learning electric it would be a good idea to pick up an acoustic guitar as well. Did some research on lower end price points. (I dont want to to be the guy with an 1000 guitar that cant play it.) My research led to the Yamaha FG700S.

Meet...."Honey"

Very nice That's a nice colour, too. I got the FG700MS in natural a while back, I always thought I liked natural better (mine mightn't have been available in colours anyway), but that's nice. really nice. nice enough that I'm wondering if I went with the right colour

Was the Sandburst color. I did some video lessons on notes again this evening. I'm going to practice every day. Just piddling for now until my instructor gets me on his program.

Gosh, with all the back light and lens flare in those photos, it's almost like you were trying to set the mood for some scantily clad, dewy eyed, young ingenue named, "Honey".

Happy New Guitar Day.

Looking on the yamaha UK site, it only appears to be available in natural here.
