Looking for some crunchy-reverb-heavy effect
I always used to play guitar with amp without any effect, expect switchfoot for clean and distortion channel. Im looking for some chrunchy-reverb-heavy tone effect, some sort of mix between those three. I have no idea what i have to buy, could you give me some examples?

That's a very vague question mate. Would probably help if you provided some more details. E.g. what gear do you have at the moment? What kind of budget (if any) do you have in mind? Are you wanting a new amp, or just some new pedals or an FX unit or something?

Try a modeling amp like a peavey vyper or a vox vt series find the sound your after using one
of those then get a good tube amp and single stomp boxes after you find the sound your chasing. And what are you using now would help to get you on track with what you need as well lots of smart folks on here. |

I don't really understand what kind of tone you are after by your description. Maybe post an example of that sound?

Not being content to await clarification...
If you're looking for a distortion pedal to add some grit to your tone, consider the: Red Witch Famulus http://www.sweetwater.com/store/det...CFWGnPAodOkIALg Visual Sound Jekyll & Hyde http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/JekyllHyde For reverb/echo effects, try the: MXR Carbon Copy http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/CarbonCopy/ Boss RE-20 Space Echo (often used for demos in places like GC, so easier to find used) http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/RE20pedal Line6 Echo Park http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/EchoPark Line6 Verbzilla http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/Verbzilla

Roland Cube are great amps. I've got a Cube 60 (pre-XL) and I still quite happily use it - should be loaded with reverb/delay plus some other effects like chorus. Can you not get the kind of tone you want out of it?
Anyway, for suggestions maybe look at getting a decent multi-effects pedal to use with the Cube for now, and then in future if you decide to get a bigger amp you could then use the effects pedal with that amp too. The Line6 M13 is pretty intense - I have some friends who use it and it's got a huge number of effects and I think it should be roughly within your budget.

^ Though you must remember that if the multi FX comes with distortion or amp models, they might sound like crap through your Cube (you would have two amp models at the same time). And the amp models of Cube don't really take distortion pedals well. I tried some distortions with JC clean on my old Micro Cube and it sounded terrible. And that's the cleanest of the amp models. Line 6 M13 doesn't have amp models though (if I remember right).
