Scroll through your programs and see if anything new is there that you didn't put there.

A lot have obvious names, like shop2win or something along those lines. Also I'm sure you did this but also flip through extensions and add ons in all all your internet browsers and remove any unwanted ones you didn't install.

Serious answer:

1. Boot into safe-mode with networking (pres F8 while PC is booting)
2. Download and install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (google it)
3. Run Malwarebytes and remove anything bad
4. Download AVG Free edition or Microsoft Security Essentials (google it)
5. Run AVG or MSSE and remove anything bad

Obviously, if you come across any weird programs, toolbars, or browser extensions that shouldn't be there or are questionable then you need to remove those too.

That should do it 99% of the time. If that doesn't work, you'll need to go in (in safe mode) and delete the bad files or registry keys manually. Worst case scenario, backup everything you can then reformat and wipe free space on the drive and reinstall the OS.

Also, make sure all of your shit is up to date - Windows security, anti-virus software, anti-malware software, hardware.software drivers....

Edit: Oh, another thing. Check which programs are running at startup or in the background. Lots of weird shit can going on there that you might not know about.

start menu>run>"msconfig">services or >startup.

Removing anything that shouldn't be there.

Also, download and run either CCleaner or AUSLogics Registry Cleaner to clean the registry of any bad stuff.

Spybot Search & Destroy should take care of anything that malware bytes doesn't. Especially adware.

I've used both Malwarebites and Spybot. Nothing.

Will safe mode make much of a difference?

Maybe, it wouldn't hurt to try.

If I were you I would reformat my computer.

Reinstall Windows and then download Norton Anti Virus.

Stop looking at porn on your computer, it's actually much safer to look at porn on your smartphone.
