The headstock looks like a lot of no-name vintage 60's MIJ guitars.

Looks like an old japanese fender-style guitar. I'm tempted to say aria, but I'm pretty sure a proper musician is going to have a higher-quality instrument than what I'm thinking of. It has that aria/teisco look to the body, imo.
