That was a nice cover of a beautiful song
I might like it more if you had a little bit of delay and just a hint of reverb in your tone. It's so dry now that it sounds a bit dull in the slower parts. Apparently your technique is in shape so you could concentrate on the slower parts with vibrato and phrasing so that they'll sound more alive and your playing would sound more matured. Cheers!

And check my Arcturus cover if you have time

Awesome playing, good sir. And I like your tone as well
Like the last guy that commented said, the only thing you need is a little delay and reverb, but other than that you are brilliant \/

Good start man! I'm a huge fan of Jason and the Cacophony records and Its always nice to see his music still being played tribute to. I would highly recommend working on your alternate picking and sweeping even slower so there are no slights in time. What will make this particularly piece pop, is really working harder on making every note more expressive, more aggressive bending, wider vibrato and raking into notes to give certain phrases a stronger attack. I think you have a great foundation for your playing already, and as far as guitar pieces go, it doesnt get much harder than this... keep at it man! Overall a work in progress in my opinion, but a good start, especially since you're so young

Hey mate! You've got some awesome chops aye. Manage to maintain clarity in the fast sections which I know would have taken a huge amount of practice-the syncronisation of your left and right hands is sweet. At the risk of just saying what everyone else has said, reverb and delay. But I love your tone as a basis. Nice

Nice one! Very good technique.
Try to make the sound smoother, get rid of the noise, and some reverb and delay
Try to play smoother and put some more feel in the playing.
Overall great cover! Rock on!
