best product to slick hair back? not super neat, think it looks better a little messy.

teen angst bathroom selfies incoming

this was done in 30 seconds flat with water and a comb. so yeah, preferably not too much work. pomade seems like the obvious choice but yuk at it not washing out

Quick question actually.
So I recently moved into a super dry environment, and now that I only use conditioner for my hair (I try to avoid shampoo), my scalp gets a bit dry, and I tend to get dandruff. Any tips on avoiding this without using shampoo, or do I just need to find shampoo?

Does it feel all dry and rough? I think I know what you're talking about.

The pubes won't be long enough. Trust me, I've researched this before.

I'm thinking about getting a really short haircut in a month or two. I'm considering a buzzcut or something similar. I probably won't look too good, but I wanna go for a more masculine look. I get compliments on my hair, but it just feels kinda boyish sometimes.

I was thinking buzzcut because I don't really want the typical short, matted-down hair kind of look. I want something more refined looking. Maybe shaved sides, and a tiny bit of stuff on top I can style?

I can send pics if anyone would like.

That looks pretty good actually. I might get it a little shorter on top though cause my hair is really thick.

What are those buzzers the barber uses to shave your head called with variable cut lengths called and where can you buy one in the UK for a reasonable cost?

Like where it has the lever on the side that changes the amount of fade?
I know big superstores like Tesco Extra and whatnot have some usually, otherwise Amazon is a good look. I know Oster is a good brand. Something like this would work well:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Wahl-Chrome...r+hair+clippers assuming that lever thing on the side is what you're talking about

So yesterday I tried making a small braid with my hair.
Very small, say half as thick as my pinky.

And I'm having this problem - there are a lot of "unattended" hair going around and going out of the braid and making the thing look pretty messed up.

How should I fix it?

inb4 use conditioner
Well I read my shampoo bottle's title and it says "light conditioning hair cleanser" so I'm guessing I'm using some conditioner already, and I wouldn't wanna use more 'cause my skin and my hair are pretty high on fat and putting other fat in my hair would result in a hell of a mess, so please go with other solutions before.

My barber kills it every time.

Looking back through, people seem to be asking a little bit about Pomade.

Uppercut Deluxe or Suavecito. Both allow you to get real high and tight if needs be, both are also recommended by the best barbers i know.
