I need an exercise for this technique.

Do you guys know an exercise for this type of tapping?

I get down the basics of the technique but I need to construct an exercise to get the strength and precision. What should I do to make it easier doing this?

You guys may think that it sounds bad and stuff but I do have some really cool ideas going on in my head.

This technique is featured in these Limp Bizkit songs:
Sour, Re-arranged, Stalemate and during the whole Indigo Flow.

Just take his stuff and do it slow, or write something yourself. I don't think there's anything unusual about it.

Maybe split it into each hand and work on them separately if you're struggling.
