!967 Epiphone Casino Question

I want to sell my 1967 ?? Epiphone Casino and have a question about the volume and tone knobs. Since I bought the guitar new in the late 60's one set of the volume and tone knobs don't seem to me to make any difference in either tone or volume. The other pair do. As a kid, I never did anything about it and even thought it was normal (I was a kid). The guitar can pump out as much sound as anyone would need. However, if I'm going to sell this thing, I want to be sure what I'm selling works right; especially this classic. Any help??? Thanks

You have to check the wiring between the pots and the pickups

If you aren't sure what to do, why not have a guitar tech look at it?

Make sure your toggle switch is in the respective position for the set of knobs

Sounds like I should be getting some sort of change in sound. Thanks for the info, a tech is where I'll go next.
