How long can I leave strings off?
I'm just doing some adjustments and cleaning my fretboard and whatnot. Basically, I'm wondering how long I can leave all the strings off before it begins to damage the guitar.

You can leave the strings off for as long as you want. All you need to do is relieve the tension from the truss rod. But you probably don't even need to do that for a fretboard cleaning.

Yeah don't worry about it. The only issue is, with no strings, you're not playing the damn guitar!
