I'll give you $50 for your crappy guitar that won't stay in tune.

Crazy Idea... tape a webcam on your nut facing your tuners... play a song - watch what you recorded.
Are the strings slipping?
Are the tuners turning?

Not aware of saddle type, but if strat style make sure saddles are level (can get a slope easily with two adjustment screws.... slip into valley of fatigue and all). maybe a drop of machine oil on groove in each saddle? Other suggestions are all good too. This thread is for all of us, not just Mr PRS, so not total waste of time

Unless I misunderstand the OP has no desire to string the tuners correctly so it's very difficult to help the guy.

Here's how it should look.

haha also mine had no ashtrays outside for smoke breaks during service. toss another butt into the trees...

if the nut checks out and you lube it, and the hardwear has no burrs in it.

do you play in a lot of different climates (70* house, 40* if you were to practice in a garage.

so basically does the guitar go from hot cold, etc.

i may have missed it, but is it a tremolo model? if so is the tremolo parallel with the body?
