Boosts your chances of winning big in the lotto

I understand how avoiding using common numbers is beneficial to you if you win but do sites like these ([URL=h]/URL] ) that are meant to help you avoid duplicate numbers, actually help? Also, does anyone really care if they had to split their jackpot? I can see how it would really suck if you had to share a $500 million jackpot but then again, you just won $250 mil.
