Hadn't considered that Robb, I'll run it by my friend to see if he'd do that. I think the reason he's looking to do it the other way is because it'd be a really cool and unique feature, and look very clean. The concentric pot knobs might look a bit goofy to him, he's a stickler for that kind of thing.

Yeah, he said he didn't like the look of it. Shallow prick

Ah ok, no worries. Yeah i mean it's his guitar and he can do what he likes. I was just checking he was aware of them in case he was overcomplicating it.

The flanger? I always assumed it was analogue.

Doesn't/didn't cath have one? I think he opened his up, so hopefully he can say for sure.

Yeah haha, when he told me about it I was like but I get his reasoning now. It's not the most practical idea, considering it limits how tweakable the vol/tone will be over all, but it's at least a unique way of using the push/pull function To see it in action would be pretty cool, actually

Yeah, we don't worry much here. Not as nice as where Robb lives, but we had low 80s this past weekend. Love northern Calif

Wish I could spend more time in here, but I'm buried here at work. Just never any time. Gotta get going so I watch another beautiful night of the Giants putting a beatdown on the Goyals. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep

You know the difference between a Giants hot dog & a Dodgers hot dog??

You can buy a Giants dog in October

Just wrote an eight page, twelve peer-reviewed source, APA format literature review in four and a half hours start to finish. The crazy part is it's kinda good, and I sorta enjoyed writing it. Kinda, sorta.

Think I just got gypped. Just received what was supposed to be a Schaller straplock. It came in Schaller packaging and even had the extra long screws in the pack. But the washer was nothing like the normal Schaller one. So I looked more closely and it doesn't have Schaller stamped on the clip like all the other Schallers I have. It's not machined as neatly either. Basically, I think it's one of those cheap Chinese knockoffs shoved into Schaller packaging. I only wanted the pins and it was cheap so it will be ok for what I need - but I don't like being scammed.

God I ****ing hate this stupid piece of shit lab and its piece of shit instructions. Every god damn week is an ordeal. Whoever wrote the manual was a ****ing idiot and it hasn't been updated in who knows how long, so the links to external info required for the lab are all broken. Can't even do this week's prelab without it, so **** it.

And hi, Jen. Long time, no see.

Edit:
Got this reply from the people I bought those straplocks from.
Quote:
We have checked all our stock and it seems the design is the same on all the models we are currently stocking.
These were only ordered in recently so they may be an updated design.
If you are not happy with the product and it is still unused and all the packaging is intact, you may send it back to us and we are happy to organise a refund for you.

this is an ebay store I've bought a few things from so, giving them the benefit of the doubt I responded with, "You may want to check that you haven't been stooged by your supplier. I searched the net for word about a new design and I couldn't find anything. When you put them side by side with the other Schallers I have (I've got many of them) they don't look right."

ive dealt with a few of those manuals. and some labs that have prelabs that are 10x longer than the labs. and professors that want a freaking research paper for the actual lab "reports"...

Rightfully so! Glad you're starting to dabble in playing it yourself. I played for a solid 8 years before I moved, I miss it so damn much. Miss the friends I'd made playing the sport too.

Here ya go Clash. This should work. All values are the same. So if you've got a 500k pot, use a 500k resistor. You're looking for a stereo pot with a dpdt switch.
