ISP's all claiming that you can reach those sorts of speeds is largely bullshit anyway. The only way you're going to get close to that sort of speed is if your house is right next door to their servers and you're using an internet cable thicker than a whale's shlong.

It's pretty much always the top one, although they advertise 60Mbps.
