Mesa's reverb has improved considerably since the III and IV. Pretty much every amp made post 2005 has great reverb.

in the sg thread one_vision mentioned having an onboard reverb is a must. a good verb/delay pedal in the loop works for me (if i had one!) but just trying to keep to his wishes.

that's cool. i don't think i'd mind trading my IV for a V

Ah.

I see now. It was confusing to me.

I could use a nice reverb pedal but I just use my flashback right now for pseudo verb.

But yeah one_vision. You should get a Mark V. I think a Recto + the derivatives would be a bit too in your face for most of the shit you play.

I love my Rectum-frier though:

Only at times, though.

Only thing I fry is omelets.

Yeah, the Mark V is in my top choices. I've actually also been looking at Hughes and Kettner and Egnaters. Been getting suggestions about Matchless and shit like that.

Still a toss up. Thanks for the advice, 311ZOSOVHJH. I mean, on board reverb isn't really a must must, but it's a strong deciding factor. If I find an amp that has everything I need, but doesn't have reverb, I'll still take it.

Shit's dope, beaurocrats, etc.

EDIT: There's also actually no underscore in my name. It's a space.

Gear Pr0n warning

I bought my Rectoverb with the reverb broke. Someone on here told me to remove the Reverb pan and inspect it. Well....I could not get the pan separated but it did make the problem go away once removed.

Can't remember who it was I was talking to in my NAD thread but the last pic here is the pan and there is no way I'm separating that without heat and elbow grease
