Do you know which scale/mode is Joe pass using at around 1.15? I can't figure it out it's so fast

I wish all stupid questions posted here had such awesome music videos embedded. Joe is the coolest cat.

And he has a good instructional DVD where he discusses his approach to note choice in soloing, if you are actually interested.
