garfo - what kind of retainers does your amp come with? You could get something like this:

But yeah, combos due tend to get some tube rattle. There are some more sophisticated tube retainer type stuff out there too if you look for it.

All I see are their tube damper rings.

Can you show me where the retainers are so I'll know for future?

I think that dampers are all they've got, no!?

Look under the KT66/KT88.

I'm not sure those will fit EL34/6L6

They don't seem to have any others though so no EL84

I know i said the amp sounds good, but, i lied )
Actually since i replaced the tubes there's some hum going on.i think that the amperex is creating that, or maybe that one and the jan 5751.not site why, these beasts should be quiet

The JAN 5751 is a damn quiet tube. You should not be having these issues (outside of the fact that it is a Bugera)

That said, you can eaisly trouble shoot this buy swapping some tubes around.

Well, i noticed that the amperex introduced some noise, but i Also noticed that one of the 6l6 is making some noise on TAP.i will change them arround for troubleshooting.i'll be pissed If it is the buggle boy
