Question regarding outputs

So recently I've managed to route my interface so that it plays out to my amp when I do tracking and general playblack. My question is, is there a way I could route the playback of the other instruments to a different speaker like my tv or something if i got my computer hooked up to it so that for example the bass will play through the tv while the guitar while go through my amp?
Sorry if any of that is worded oddly. I can explain more if needed.

EDIT: I should mention that I am using REAPER as my DAW and a Focusrite Saffire 6 USB as my interface

quite simple to do actually. open up the routing matrix (should be a tab at the bottom left of the screen) and select where you want things to go. you do not have to send things to the master track, you can send them to other outputs. so you could send your guitar to output 1 and bass to output two. you can also click the "io" button on the track, and choose the correct output in the "audio hardware outputs" dropdown, though i find the matrix easier to use myself.
