Song helps

Hey guys,
I'm needing help with finding a song to play and sing... I only do chords, and I've only just started out, so no barre chords please (they take me 10 seconds to get right ). My vocals range is about two g's below middle c, and the e above middle c... This annoys me, because there's like no songs for vocals my range :'(
Thanks in advance

oops... not my kinda dark alley. i have a severe allergy to country music. last time i listened to a dwight yoakum song the doctors didn't think i'd pull thru. that was a close one !
i've learned my lessons.... don't pee on electric fences( thirteen tries before that one sank in) and stay away from songs about mommas, trucks, and beer.

Usually any song on the radio should be easy enough to play :\ I cannot promiss that there will be no bar chords.
