modeling amplifiers VS Guitar Rig 5

Hey,
I'm currently playing with Guitar Rig 5 with headphones.
Since I live in an apartment, tube amplifiers are out of the equation.

I don't really like playing with headphones and I'm looking for a solution.

Should I get a modeling amplifier or buy studio monitors for Guitar Rig?

What would be the difference between let's say a cube trough an Orange cabinet (quality speaker) or Guitar Rig trough KRK VXT4?

Thanks!

Either one would be a good solution. The thing that comes to mind is that the KRK monitors are meant to be flat and show the imperfections in your sound (hence why they use them for mixing/mastering), so it may be better to get a small power amp and orange cabinet that will color your tone how you want it.

That is my main concern, I do not wish to record. Only play and get the most tone at low volume.

So a guitar cabinet would give a better response than studio monitors?
