Besides, If you get to the point where someone accuses you of using steroids, you've made it.

Regardless of whether or not you actually use them, you've made it.

Taking this week off squats, doing more RICE on my knees. Also switched to dumbbell press this week instead of barbell because I've got some bruising on my hands; one from going down too quickly with the weight on bench and catching it weird, and another bruise on the other hand from heavy rack pulls. I should probably just take it a bit easier until I'm all healed up and stop breaking myself.

Also, I'm down to 170.5lbs from 185lbs in February, so that's awesome.

It's the same as any other drug. If you're not bothering me, or,creating a burden, then who cares.

Ehh most of the people in here and even on bodybuilding dot com talk mad shit about steroids whilst glorifying alcoholism lol.

The entire IFBB is on steroids and many hgh and insulin. Layne Norton and Greg Plitt both used steroids repeatedly even though you bought their dvd because they promised that steroids are wrong.

I am up to 205lb after half a decade of bodybuilding and when posting online about different cycles and test analogs most of the advice is people saying "You don't need those, just push harder and try a different diet! That's what Jay Cutler and Layne Norton did!". These posts are useless and so ignorant. If I want to weigh 230+lb shredded as shit then I must share a protip: hormone alteration is needed.

You don't need steroids to look buff but the most elite muscle out there is a mix of genetics and extreme supplementation, it should be common sense.

This time last year I was around 194 lbs, 200 at top of my bulk in May when I started cutting. Currently ~165 lbs now. Think this is week 39 of my cut, so was pretty close to about a lb per week. Had a few off weeks here and there, but think I'll end my cut at the end of this month finally.

Might attempt a quick 20 lb bulk starting either mid May or June till August, that way if I'm entering basic around that time I'll have some weight to kill.

Still trying to decide. I'm about 80% set on M1 Crewman, but i've got to decide between Guard or Army this week first. Wouldn't mind a Ranger contract if i got the chance, but hell i'm not even sure if i'd be ready for that yet haha.

What was your TDEE during your cut, and what was your deficit?

Memory is a bit foggy, but I was doing two sessions a day so initially it was ~3200, but dropped over time down to ~2800 due to switching back to one session a day and weight loss. Always was at a 500 deficit

First workout at the new gym.

Back day:

Deadlift
135 1x5
225 1x5
315 1x1
365 1x1

This was my third DL session this week, so I didn't go for a 1RM

One arm rows:
100 1x8
115 1x8
130 2x6

Dumbbells at the new gym go up to 150, which is nice because one arm rows at 100 is easy peasy. Second set at 130 I used straps cuz my grip was shot

Pull ups
3x8

DB Shrugs
100 2x12

Hammer preacher curl
35 1x10
40 1x6

Preacher curl
35 1x10
40 1x6

Calf raises
80 1x25 2x15 2x10

10 second rests between sets. My calves are pathetic, so I'm gonna start throwing in calf raises every day.

Good workout overall. They have a bunch of TRX stuff that I may mess around with eventually. Plus the steam room and sauna will be nice.
