Left leg goes numb after playing with a footstool

Anyone ever had this problem? I've started practising with a foot stool a month ago (I used to play with the guitar on my right leg) and every time I play the leg goes numb no matter how I sit. The foot stool has adjustable height btw. Any ideas?

If it doesn't matter how you sit- and assuming there is nothing majorly wrong with your posture- it just sounds like you have bad circulation

If you could post some pictures of how you're sitting, it might help us to see what might be going wrong

No need for pictures, you're totally right about the circulation... My hands always get cold :l
