Spot on really. Nothing revolutionary or particularly mind-blowing but Crack the Skye is good fun

I love Oblivion... they need to stop trying to be progressive and just write cool pop songs

But then, their songs wouldn't be cool...

1. Blood Mountain (for me, it has the perfect mix of their heavy, sludgy early sound and their increasing progginess)
2. Leviathan
3. Crack the Skye (very close in quality to Leviathan, imo, and their proggiest album)
4. The Hunter (more straightforward at many times, as well as more pop-influenced and hook-oriented, but still damn good)
5. Remission (also a very good album; their heaviest and most dissonant)
