Adding more to a line 6 spider valve

I have a line 6 spidervalve hd100 head that I run into a Krank Rev cab. Honestly, I really like both of them and get complemented on my tone pretty frequently at shows, but I'm wondering if there is a way to improve my rig even further.

A possible setback in upgrading my tone is that the spidervalve doesnt have an effects loop, only a pre amp out and a power amp in.

There isn't much you can do with that rig besides maybe changing power tubes to a higher quality, though that will have a limited effect. Honestly, you should be set, if you can't find anything wrong, leave it alone.

The pre-amp out and power-amp in is the effects loop.

It's no longer available but the SVPre mod used to improve the dynamics of the Spider Valve a ton.
