Need advice on recording gear

So I'm thinking of buying some recording gear. Problem is, and this is just what I've heard, in order to record something, for example, Guitar and vocals, I would have to record individual tracks and then symc them together. The problem is, if at all possible, I would like to record both at the same time so it would be easier to sync the audio up with the video, like if I'm playing and singing for a youtube video. Any help would be nice. Gear suggestions under $100 would be very nice. But I can go up to 200 if needs be. Also I need a small setup, if you can suggest one. I'm very limited on space, my bedroom.
